We spent a long time looking for the right stools. We've bought two of these, and are currently quite satisfied with the product. We had an issue on arrival, with one part severely rusted, which was promptly rectified and a replacement part arrived the following day. I've given the product 3 stars, because I had high expectations of a 'deluxe' bar stool, and can't claim to anything other than satisfied. It feels stable and weighty. I think only time will really tell whether the 'leather' option was worth the premium over the 'faux-leather', but its certainly of a higher quality than some of the cheap stools i've seen elsewhere. At a lower price, i'd have given more stars, but at this price expectations are high, and I'd say the stool is certainly no higher quality than i would expect, hence the 'average' rating.

Finally replaced my rickety old stools and really pleased with these!rl really nice quality and so comfy, heavy and stable. The only downside was that they weren’t the easiest to put together, definitely a two man job...
