Pretty average but what let us down was the poor welding of the foot rest. Look like it had been done by an amateur
We ordered the chairs online, the chairs came within a few days, the whole process was easy , however I always believe that a business is rated on not when everything goes well but how the business handles problems, one of the chairs looked slightly wonky when assembled, we emailed the company and had a very speedy response and issue was dealt with, I would recommend using this company and when I need to replace chairs will use them again
