People can add value to their homes by replacing fittings and fixtures like kitchen taps, it has been suggested.Phil Spencer, host of Channel 4s Location, Location, Location told the Daily Mirror that small changes can bring rooms bang up to date.He urged homeowners to change their kitchen cupboard doors and handles to more modern fittings, and advised people to update light switches and sockets, as well as kitchen taps.Mr Spencer argued that the kitchen is often the most important room when it comes to selling a house. He said that by sprucing up the room, homeowners will boost their chances of making a sale.Give units a good scrub with soapy water, touch up small nicks and scrapes in any paint, or perhaps replace worn worktops, added Mr Spencer.According to a recent report by QMI Agency, todays kitchen taps are stylish accessories which combine form, function and fashion.ADNFCR-1321-ID-19744827-ADNFCR
