Try a delicious Kitchen Sink Fritta

We at Simply Kitchen Sinks love a Kitchen Sink Fritta. Not only are Kitchen Sink Frittas delicious, they are less than 180 calories per serving and are therefore good for the waistline. Take 6 eggs, 1 cup of low-fat cheese, 1 tomato, 1 sweet potato (cooked and diced), a cup of milk and 2 cups of mixed, cooked vegetables. (This recipe is perfect because you can use whatever left-over vegetables you have in the fridge.) Mix all the ingredients together and either bake or cook omelette-style in a frying pan. The recipe provides 6 servings.
