The Kitchen Bathroom Bedroom Specialists Association (KBSA) has been given the government-backed Trustmark, kbbreview reported yesterday.KBSA said at its inspection in 2005 that it was earmarked to receive the Trustmark but a spokesman said the new ConsumerCare Plus protection scheme had to be in place before the badge could be used.Tony Nicholas, KBSA chairman, said This is tremendously exciting for the KBSA and another major development that makes the KBSA membership a must have for quality specialist retailers. All companies displaying the Trustmark undergo checks and inspections of their premises and records and sign up to a code of practice. The Trustmark scheme helps householders find reliable and trustworthy tradespeople and has nearly 14,000 registered members.More than 400 independent kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and home office retailers nationwide are members of KBSA.ADNFCR-1321-ID-18609813-ADNFCR
