As well as cooking meat without oil, it can also be used as a Panini machine.Woks, fine strainers and a good quality knife set and chopping board are also important items, as is a spatula, which is described as one of those things you only miss when you dont have it.Homemade desserts can be made with an oven pan and cookie sheet and for busy homeowners, a rice cooker can save time.According to research published by Halifax Home Insurance, Brits have unused kitchen gadgets worth 2.6 billion in their kitchens.It said toastie makers are the most abandoned appliance, with nearly a third (32 per cent) of owners failing to utilise the machine.
