Smaller kitchen requires creative layout

Posted by Sinks on 27th Jun 2017

A renovation team was forced to be creative in its placing of appliances during one of its kitchen projects because of the homes limited space. The Kitchen Design Centre, a company in the North West of England, said the owners of the kitchen in question - a tired-looking room in a 1970s bungalow - had wanted to modernise and expand the space by incorporating a dining area. To achieve this, the firm oversaw an extension to the original kitchen which now incorporates the dining area. This in turn offers additional space to hide appliances.Indeed, as one specialist from The Design Centre noted, the new dining area houses a purpose built dresser which cleverly hides the washing machine making sure the modern and sleek finish wasnt compromised. The company also revealed that they installed a range of top-of-the-line Neff appliances including a large fridge freezer, warming drawer and a built-in oven and microwave.Meanwhile, a recent home improvement article by NorthJersey.com claimed that kitchen taps are especially vital fixtures in terms of both functionality and aesthetics.ADNFCR-1321-ID-19887455-ADNFCR
