Posted by Sinks on 27th Jun 2017

When updating a kitchen in a house you intend to sell at some point it is best to opt for neutral shades and design, according to the vice-president of design at Crawford Renovation.Speaking to the Houston Chronicle, Shawna Roorda said it was best to stick with beige, taupe and white and make crowd-pleasing decisions with regard to countertops and cabinetry. However, she insisted neutral does not mean boring.Ms Roorda said stainless-steel appliances and sinks along with granite countertops were timeless. You cant go wrong with stainless, she added.Meanwhile Connie LeFevre from Design House said overdoing trends can be problematic. She said homeowners should be sparing in their use of them, warning think of how many people have been stuck with pink tiles. Earlier this week, the Palm Beach Post said when employing a designer or builder to help you install a new kitchen it is important to choose someone you can see yourself working with for a long period of time.ADNFCR-1321-ID-18711726-ADNFCR
