Painting flooring is cheap kitchen upgrade

Those looking to upgrade their home on a budget should consider painting their flooring. That is the suggestion of home interiors specialist Jura Koncius who, writing for the Washington Post, advised a recent property buyer to think about applying a new hue to their cooking area floors. She noted I would say if the floor is already painted, perhaps it would be best to paint it a more neutral colour - black, brown or white.People determined to replace the material on kitchen walkways were told that Marmoleum or Pergo are two options available. According to Ms Koncius, updating a kitchen counter can be a more expensive choice for a renovation, while opting for new hardware offers an affordable alternative. Last month, an ArticleManiac piece stated that a new kitchen sink is the most important upgrade to mull over for food-preparation zones. A range of models are available, with many people preferring granite sinks, it explained.
