New water scheme will improve kitchen tap water

Filter taps may be currently at the top of the shopping lists of residents in Scarborough after claims of bad tasting kitchen tap water, a newspaper has reported.The Scarborough Evening News stated that a water improvement scheme is underway to improve the quality of water coming through the kitchen taps of households.One of the main aims of the project is to connect local supply networks with Yorkshire Waters underground grid.Spokesperson for the utility company Steve Parsley told the newspaper that the project had been in place for ten years and was not started after claims of alleged bad tasting water flowing through kitchen taps.This is the best kind of pipe dream - it will improve the security and quality of water supplies to 75,000 customers in the area, added councillor Howard Keal.Abodes Gosford Aquifier filter tap comes in brushed nickel, chrome, English gold and antique bronze and has a five micron filter density to improve the taste and quality of kitchen tap water.
