A leading kitchen design event has taken place in Milton Keynes, providing visitors with a range of tips for ensuring their kitchen sinks, sofas and curtains do not fall behind the times.The Buckinghamshire towns Lifestyle Interiors and Exteriors Show ran from February 21st- 24th, giving kitchen enthusiasts ample time to consult the experts on what direction to take their home design in.And according to MiltonKeynes.co.uk, Sarah Hodgkins of Charlotte Designs was on hand for makeover demonstrations three times a day, showcasing the expertise that served her in helping to revamp the local David Lloyd sports complex.The event had the backing of BHS and Marks and Spencers, with the high street brands helping to promote home improvements and convince people that they can be carried out without breaking the bank.Visitors inspired by the designer kitchens and bathrooms on show will have found themselves in prime position to make some shrewd purchases, with Milton Keynes home to a famous shopping centre that contains 230 stores.And Milton Keynes itself is something of a design masterpiece built in the 1960s, it boasts an inventive modern town planning layout that is based around grid roads and grid squares.
