Kitchen sink gadget promotes good health

Posted by Sinks on 27th Jun 2017

Water-purifying technology can be used to make a kitchen healthier and more efficient, it has been argued.Arizona Republic writer Rosie Romero observed that with the amount of energy and water that is used in a kitchen, it makes sense to choose products that use each wisely. She suggested that homeowners should be on the look-out for gadgets that preserve resources and promote good health, regardless of whether they are attempting a complete kitchen makeover or simply replacing certain items. For example, she referred to a reverse-osmosis system that can be installed under a kitchen sink to improve the taste of water. The system removes up to 98 per cent of the metals, pathogens, chlorine and dirt that can add foul smells and tastes to the water you drink and cook with, she commented.Meanwhile, Rachael Liska of the MCT News Service this week urged people to carefully consider their storage requirements when attempting a kitchen renovation.
