Kitchen refurbishment for Hailsham youth facility

Hailsham residents can now benefit from a newly refurbished kitchen that has been fitted into the towns Square Youth Cafe.Young people from the facility applied for funding through YouthBank UK and secured 5,000, enabling a new kitchen sink to be installed among other appliances, reports the Sussex Express.Hailsham Town mayor Robin Kempe officially unveiled the new kitchen last week.Youth project coordinator Andy Joyes told the newspaper It is great to have received support from YouthBank UK.Funding this new kitchen is a perfect example that indicates the commitment of funding providers to the future of youth facilities in the area.The new kitchen will be key in developing the cooking skills of young people in the region, Mr Joyes added.People considering kitchen renovations of their own may want to look at Frankes new Minerva three-in-one Kettle Tap.Reported by the World Interior Design Network, the tap offers hot, cold and boiling water from a solitary unit.
