An Indian takeaway in Greater Manchester has installed a webcam in its kitchen.East, in Old Street, Ashton under Lyme, offers internet users the chance to see the restaurants chefs in action as they prepare and cook authentic Indian dishes for their customers.Fans of good Indian cuisine can watch the professionals in action at the stainless steel sink and stove, cooking any one of a number of dishes on the menu, between the hours of 1630 and 2200 every day.The takeaways owner, website designer Ali Zaman, said that he thinks his restaurant is the first establishment to make such an addition to its kitchen.Mr Zaman told the Manchester Evening News I decided to combine my love of Indian food with my expertise in web design to give people a different kind of takeaway experience.You can see the freshness and quality of the ingredients before your eyes.
