Hollywood star Jennifer Lopez has opted for a stylish ceramic sink as the centerpiece in her elegant new Californian home. The singer/actress bought her new property last year and, together with designer Michelle Workman, created a kitchen of light blues and grays with dark, rich wood as a contrast. The designer said that she and Lopez had been keen to produce an old Hollywood glam look for the kitchen. There are all tones of gray, and we played with that -- using a bit more of a gray-taupe here, a bit more of a gray-blue there, she said. Its almost like a black-and-white film from the forties. As well as the elegant ceramic sink, the kitchen also features a dark, antique-type oven.
