According to the organisation, DuraKleen Plus offers homeowners the ability to keep their stone kitchen sinks stain resistant and hygienic. Permanent marker, red wine and beetroot are all tough stains that can be removed by DuraKleen, the company noted, even if the product is left to sit on granite sink surfaces for 18 hours. Able to withstand temperatures up to 280 C, DuraKleen Plus now has granite particles that are smaller, which can prevent the build-up of limescale. This means food, bacteria and other residue find it more difficult to accumulate between the granules, leading to improved hygiene and stain reduction.
