One of Frankes new 2007 sinks has been hailed as a leader in innovative design and space-saving practicality.Frankes recently launched Mythos MTX 661 1.5 bowl stainless steel sink was singled out by the Architecht, Builder, Contractor and Developer (ABCD) as a leader in smart design thanks to its inventive bowl arrangement. The sink features a main bowl measuring in at 340 x 400 x 192, while an additional half bowl, at 160 x 400 x 130 is situated on the outside instead of the middle, a move claimed to provide easier access.ABCD explained that the positioning of the half bowl on the outside of the Mythos MTX 661 1.5 bowl would mean that there was no need to reach over the pot washer to strain vegetables, making it an ergonomic choice, especially for kitchens not possessing an additional prep sink. The new Franke model was also commended for its stylish silk finish, said to add to the minimalist lines and technical precision of its design. The MTX 661 is part of Frankes 2007 Mythos range, which featured frangranite, ceramic and stainless steel models, with Franke claiming that each of its sinks was boosted by innovative design and unrivalled functionality.
