Franke kitchen tap used in modern design

A Franke kitchen tap has been integrated into the design of a US-based Edwardian style flat, it has been revealed. According to Kitchen Bath Design News, the owners of the property wanted to pay respect to the traditional architecture inherent in the building, but update its features for contemporary living. From the manufacturers Triflow Corinthian range, the bronze kitchen tap also had a side-spray option and was mounted onto a single-basin granite kitchen sink. Mark Hermogeno, designer for the project, stated that the owners guidelines stipulated that the plumbing must remain in the same place. Other modifications made to the property included adding a new dishwasher and maximising the current storage facilities, while opening the space up for entertaining. Manufacturer of home improvement tools Dremel recently advised individuals to clean the limescale from their kitchen taps to give themselves a 30-minute makeover, with the firm describing cooking areas as the hub of the home.
