A county council is providing cash-back incentives for residents who install food waste disposers in a move to cut levels of roadside waste.Herefordshire and Worcestershire County Council has said that its Sink Your Waste scheme has proved very successful, with hundreds of households taking advantage of its offer.Its aim is to cut the quantities of waste collected from traditional dust bins and reduce the pressure on landfill sites.
