Its about getting the space right so that it suits your personal circumstances, she added. According to Ms Kendell, many parents are increasingly looking to entice their children out of their bedrooms, away from their Playstation and into the kitchen so that they can spend more time with them. Individuals are getting more excited about kitchen renovations, she added, because more people are deciding to stay in their properties for a number of years. A Halifax Home Improvement Survey published earlier this year showed that one of the most popular upgrades to a house is new furnishings - which could include kitchen tap replacements.
