Tap manufacturer Abode look set to redefine the water kitchen users filter tap water.Its Swich device is effectively an on-demand cold filtered tap water provider, which can be integrated without the need to change existing taps.The unit comes in two parts. There is a filter which sits below the sink providing readily-available filtered tap water and a switch unit with is mounted into the sink so that, with no more than a turn of a handle, both filtered and unfiltered tap water is available.Ease of fitting is a key feature, suiting the DIY enthusiast and professional tradesman alike. The simple, elegant designs ensures it does not look out of place with mounted on a sink or elsewhere near the sink area.Its filter has a lifespan of approximately 5,600 litres, or around six months, so replacements are only required occasionally.Available in chrome, brushed nickel or antique bronze, this device has already got people talking.
