Brothers plan global sink slog

Posted by Sinks on 27th Jun 2017

Two brothers from Scotland are taking on a series of bizarre challenges across the world, with one of the oddest involving a kitchen sink.Lindsay and Lee Vine from the Fife area will attempt to carry a kitchen sink as far as they can as one of a series of challenges in several continents.Carrrying a sink is never easy, but the burden of the journey could be alleviated by choosing a Franke compact Nova sink, whose 1000mm width and 500mm depth make the 1.5 bowl model ideal for compact kitchen design and perhaps useable for a kitchen challenge. But lugging the kitchen sink across Asia could turn out to be an easier task than others, with the pair also planning a 101 person conga along the Great Wall of China, as well as a day spent carrying a Sherpa in Nepal. The trip is not entirely for fun as the kitchen sink tribulations indicate with the Vine brothers also planning to distribute football shirts from every major British club to children in India and also help out at a childrens home in Kathmandu.ADNFCR-1321-ID-18395754-ADNFCR
